Training

Our training program focuses on functional movements, skill development, balance, agility, mobility, strength and conditioning. The program is also designed to enrich young people’s lives by providing them with opportunities to experience creative forms of movements while also being connected with other youth, resources, and volunteer opportunities in the community.

The programs will have a strong component of Cross-Training, Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning . This may include movements such as sprinting, pull-ups, plyometrics, battle-ropes, weightlifting, gymnastics, and many bodyweight exercises.

ROPES

In order to create a more holistic training experience, the Vars/ty program will also have aspects of sport, yoga, and Martial Arts. We believe that training not only has to keep youth moving, it also has to be constantly evolving, varied, and fun in order for it to be successful.
